Lead Gen Expert to Build One Sample List AND Teach Me Your Exact Process

I'm not looking for someone to build lead lists for me long-term. I'm looking for someone who has a lead-list-building process that actually works and is willing to teach it to me.

The problem I'm solving: Every time I build lead lists, the quality is poor, wrong-fit companies, outdated contacts, bad emails, unclear decision-makers. I want to stop guessing and learn a repeatable system from someone who already has one.

How this engagement works:
1. I'll give you my ICP (industry, company size, geography, roles, exclusions). You build a list of roughly 50-100 verified leads to that spec.
2. Full process walkthrough - After the list is done, you show me exactly how you did it: which tools you used (and why those over alternatives), how you sourced companies, how you found and verified contacts, how you filtered for quality, and where the usual mistakes happen. A recorded screen-share or live call is ideal, plus a short written summary I can refer back to.

What I'm looking for:
- A proven process you've used repeatedly, not a one-off approach
- Clear knowledge of your toolbox (e.g. Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, Phantombuster, email verifiers, enrichment tools, whatever you actually use)
- Ability to explain your reasoning, not just click through steps
- Honest about tool costs, limitations, and where manual work is still needed

Beyond this project: We run a lot of different things here, outbound, marketing, ops and we regularly need reliable people. If the quality of your work and your communication are strong, there's a good chance this leads to more opportunities with us.
