We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our marketing and sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, with expertise in lead generation, web scraping, LinkedIn automation, and proficiency in tools like Dripify, Monday.com, and Slack.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing and Sales Support: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, manage sales pipelines, and provide support for sales team operations.
- Lead Generation: Conduct lead generation activities, including prospect research and outreach, to identify potential clients.
- Web Scraping: Extract relevant data from websites using web scraping tools to support business intelligence and lead generation efforts.
- LinkedIn Automation: Utilize tools like Dripify to automate LinkedIn outreach and engagement, ensuring consistent communication with leads and contacts.
- Project Management: Use Monday.com to manage projects, track tasks, and ensure timely completion of marketing and sales initiatives.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain seamless communication with the team via Slack, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned with project progress.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, with a focus on marketing and sales support.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Google
- Workspace, Apollo, Callrail, Pandoc, Jotfroms, Sales Navigator, AWS and other webscraping tools
- Proficient with Chat GPT and other AI skills a plus
- Strong understanding of Slack for team communication.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn automation tools (e.g., Dripify).
- Experience with web scraping tools and techniques.
