Manhattan Dentist Email Research—Delta Dental & ADA Directories

Lokasi klien: 🇺🇸 United States

Tentang pekerjaan

I am seeking an experienced web researcher or data extraction specialist to compile a comprehensive, verified list of publicly displayed email addresses associated with Manhattan dental offices listed in:
• Delta Dental’s provider directory
• The American Dental Association’s ADA Find-a-Dentist directory
The project covers 34 ZIP codes and every available dental specialty in both directories, including all Delta Dental networks. I need systematic coverage of the entire scope, rather than a sample or a predetermined number of contacts.
Geographic Scope
Include offices physically located in these ZIP codes:
10001, 10002, 10003, 10004, 10005, 10006, 10007, 10009, 10010, 10011, 10012, 10013, 10014, 10016, 10017, 10018, 10019, 10020, 10021, 10022, 10023, 10024, 10025, 10028, 10029, 10036, 10038, 10044, 10065, 10069, 10075, 10128, 10280, 10282.
Search results may include nearby offices outside these ZIP codes. Verify each office’s actual address before including it.
Required Work
• Search every listed ZIP code across every available specialty in each directory.
• Include all Delta Dental networks; search ADA without restricting results to a particular insurer.
• Review every available results page and relevant provider profile.
• Identify and address search-result caps or other limitations that could leave eligible listings unreviewed.
• Extract every publicly displayed email associated with an eligible office. Include multiple distinct emails for the same practice when available.
• For ADA profiles with an “Email” feature, determine whether it exposes an actual email address or only a contact form. Contact forms do not count as email addresses.
• Deduplicate emails without regard to capitalization, both within and across the two directories. Consolidate dentist names when several dentists share an email.
• Compare the findings with my existing Excel master, which I will provide, and add only new addresses while preserving existing records.
• Save progress regularly so interrupted work can resume without repeating completed research.
Do not guess email addresses, purchase contact lists, or substitute unrelated directories for the requested sources. Any proposed use of practice websites to supplement missing emails must be described separately in your proposal. Use methods that respect website access restrictions.
Deliverables
1. Updated Excel master: Existing records plus newly discovered, unique email addresses.
2. New additions worksheet: Dentist name(s), practice name, specialty, office address, ZIP code, email, directory source, source URL, and date verified.
3. Microsoft Word document (.docx): All unique email addresses from the final updated Excel master, arranged in clearly labeled groups of 95 addresses each. Separate each address with a comma followed by a space. Place each group in a separate paragraph so it can be copied easily. The final group may contain fewer than 95 addresses. Include each address exactly once, omit names and other information from the email paragraphs, and show the number of addresses in each group and the total count.
4. Separate coverage logs for Delta Dental and ADA: Each ZIP-by-specialty search, pages reviewed, completion status, and any unresolved limits or access restrictions.
5. Completion report: Providers/offices reviewed, unique emails found, duplicates excluded, new emails added, and listings with no publicly available email. Show results separately for each directory and explain how overlapping records were counted.
Verify that the Word document contains exactly the same unique email addresses as the final Excel master, with no omissions or duplicates.
Completion means every specified search and accessible relevant profile has been reviewed. I recognize that some dentists do not publish an email address. Any remaining coverage gaps must be clearly documented.
Qualifications
Experience with provider-directory research, web data extraction, source verification, Excel deduplication, and Microsoft Word formatting. Manual research, automation, or a combination is acceptable.
Please Include in Your Proposal
• Your method for achieving complete coverage of both directories.
• How you will handle pagination, duplicate listings, result caps, and interruptions.
• Confirmation that you have tested both directories, including how ADA’s “Email” feature works.
• Your estimated turnaround time.
• Separate fixed-price quotes for the Delta Dental and ADA portions, plus a combined project price that includes all deliverables.
• A small sample from each directory for one listed ZIP code, with source evidence.
Please quote for completing the defined scope, rather than delivering a fixed number of emails. The project can be organized into two milestones—Delta Dental and ADA—with a final combined, deduplicated Excel workbook and the Microsoft Word document described above.
