# Data Scraping & Lead List Building Specialist – Insurance Recruiting & Homeowner Data

We are a growing life insurance agency looking for an experienced **data scraping, data enrichment, and lead list-building specialist** who can help us build large, accurate prospecting databases.

Our immediate priority is **insurance-agent recruiting data**, but we have several ongoing data projects. If you are good at this, this could become a long-term relationship with consistent projects.

## PROJECT #1 – Insurance Agent Recruiting / Job-Seeker Data — MAIN PRIORITY

Our first and most important project is identifying insurance professionals who are currently employed by specific insurance companies and appear to be actively looking for a new opportunity.

Example:

We would like to identify people who currently or recently work for companies such as:

- Globe Life
- American Income Life
- Family First Life
- Symmetry
- Primerica
- Other large life insurance agencies/IMOs

We are especially interested in candidates who are actively looking for new employment opportunities.

Indeed is one potential source, but we are open to other compliant sources and methods that can produce the same or better data.

Ideally, each record would include:

- First Name
- Last Name
- Personal Phone Number
- Personal Email
- City
- State
- Current Employer
- Current Job Title
- Previous Employer(s)
- Insurance experience
- Source
- Date data was collected
- Any indication that the person is currently looking for employment

The end goal is to import these leads into our CRM so our recruiting team can contact prospective agents.

**Volume is important.** We are not looking for 50–100 manually researched contacts. We want someone who understands how to build systems capable of producing thousands of accurate records when sufficient source data exists.

## PROJECT #2 – Newly Licensed Life Insurance Agents

We also want to build databases of individuals who have **recently received a life insurance license**.

For example:

Find individuals who received a Florida **2-14 Life & Variable Annuity license** within the previous 30–60 days.

We would eventually like to replicate this across all 50 states.

Potential information:

- First Name
- Last Name
- License Type
- License Number
- License Issue/Effective Date
- Resident State
- City
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Individual vs. Business/Agency
- Source

We specifically want **individual insurance agents**, not insurance agencies or business entities.

We understand that licensing information and available fields differ by state. Part of this project will involve determining the best public/licensed sources and then enriching the records with legally usable contact information.

## PROJECT #3 – New Homeowner / Mortgage Protection Data

Our company sells mortgage protection life insurance.

We would like to identify **recent home purchasers** based on criteria such as:

- Property recently sold
- Sale price between $100,000–$500,000
- Property address
- Sale date
- Buyer/homeowner name
- County
- State
- Property type
- Estimated mortgage amount, if available
- Phone number
- Email address
- Other useful homeowner/contact information

We are interested in understanding what can be obtained through county property records, recorder/deed data, licensed data providers, or other compliant sources.

## WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You should have experience with some combination of:

- Web scraping
- Python
- APIs
- Public-record databases
- Data extraction
- Data enrichment
- Contact enrichment
- Data cleaning/deduplication
- Lead generation
- Large CSV/database creation
- Automation
- CRM-ready data

We care more about **accurate, usable data at scale** than simply scraping the largest possible number of records.

Data should be cleaned, deduplicated, and organized so it can easily be uploaded into our CRM.

## IMPORTANT

We only want data obtained through lawful and compliant methods, including public records, authorized/licensed data sources, or sources where the collection and intended use are permitted.

Do not propose methods involving bypassing authentication, CAPTCHA/security controls, accessing private information, or violating a platform's access restrictions.
