’m a digital marketer working with multiple clients, and I’m looking for a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist who can work with me on an ongoing basis.

I’m primarily looking for someone who is genuinely strong in LinkedIn outreach, B2B lead generation, prospect research, and personalized outreach copywriting. Experience with cold email is also highly preferred.

This is not a traditional full-time position. I expect approximately 3–4 hours of focused work per day, depending on the workload.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will work across different B2B clients and will be responsible for:
- Understanding each client's product/service and target audience
- Identifying the right ICP and buyer personas
- Finding relevant companies and decision-makers
- Researching and enriching prospects before outreach
- Building targeted lead lists
- Managing LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Writing connection requests and follow-up messages
- Writing personalized cold emails and follow-up sequences
- Personalizing messages based on the prospect, company, role, activity, pain points, etc.
- Managing outreach campaigns from setup through execution
- Tracking replies and identifying interested prospects
- Testing different messages, angles, and sequences
- Improving campaigns based on results
Very Important: I Need Someone Who Can Think Independently

I don't want to provide every message, ICP, search filter, targeting criterion, and outreach step myself.
I should be able to give you something like:

"Here's the client's website/product. This is roughly who they want to reach. Build an outreach campaign."

From there, I expect you to research the business, understand the offer, identify the right decision-makers, develop outreach angles, write the messages, build the campaign, and execute it.

You can absolutely use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or other AI tools. I actually encourage smart use of AI.

However, your outreach must sound human.
I don't want generic AI messages such as:
"I came across your impressive profile and was inspired by your extensive experience..."
You should know how to use prospect-specific information to create messages that feel relevant and natural without over-personalizing unnecessarily.

Experience with tools such as these would be useful:
- LinkedIn / Sales Navigator
- HeyReach
- Linked Helper
- Apollo
- Instantly
- Clay
- Email enrichment/verification tools
- ChatGPT / Claude / other AI tools
You don't need experience with every tool.

Bonus: Outreach Automation

This is not mandatory, but it would be a big advantage if you understand how to build outreach workflows combining tools such as:
Clay → Data Enrichment → Email → LinkedIn → Follow-ups

Experience with Make, Zapier, webhooks, APIs, or similar automation tools would also be useful.

Pay & Working Arrangement
The starting pay is $25 per week.
This is an ongoing role rather than a one-time lead-generation project. Payment will initially be made weekly.

I expect approximately 3–4 hours of focused work per day.

If your work is good and you demonstrate that you can independently generate quality leads, build good campaigns, write strong outreach, and consistently deliver, the pay can increase based on performance and responsibilities.
