UK B2B Lead List Builder Needed: Waste Management Companies (Ongoing Weekly Work)

I run a UK appointment-setting company and need a reliable researcher to build cold calling lists for us every week.

What I need
Lists of UK [waste management / skip hire / commercial waste collection] companies, with the right person to speak to at each one. To start: a paid sample of 100 leads. If the sample is good, this becomes ongoing work of around 150 to 175 leads a week.

For each lead, in a Google Sheet:

Company name
Website
Main phone number (must be a working UK number)
Decision-maker's full name (owner, MD, or operations/sales director)
Their job title
Direct line or mobile, if you can find it
Email address, if you can find it
Town and postcode
LinkedIn profile URL (person or company)
Where you found them

Rules

Independent and regional businesses only, roughly 5 to 100 staff. No national chains, no councils.
No duplicates, within the list or against lists you've already sent me.
No scraped dumps. Every row should be checked by a person.
I spot-check 20 rows from every batch. If more than 10% have a dead number or wrong company, the batch comes back to be fixed.
